He holds a Post postgraduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Management Education & Research Institute, New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jammu University. With over 20 years of rich experience in the banking industry, Mr. Dahiya brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as CEO of Paykio, a position he has held since February 2022.
Mr. Dahiya’s professional journey spans various esteemed banks, including YES Bank Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., Centurion Bank of Punjab, ABN AMRO Bank, and ICICI Bank. Beyond his impressive banking expertise, he is also an accomplished author, having penned the book “PEP HACK – Mastering The Art Of Selling.” Moreover, Mr. Dahiya serves as a coach and trainer, sharing his extensive knowledge and leadership skills. He possesses independent director certification and has undergone rigorous training in sales, negotiation, financial analysis, AML, and trade services. With over twelve years of experience in leading teams, he excels in critical thinking, decision-making, strategic planning, and effective communication with stakeholders.
